Our Little Thief

Don't let that cute little face fool you!

Since the first spark of cognitive development in baby Natalie's life, she has been quite the sneak. I used to laugh as I watched her at just a few months old swipe things from oblivious Weston's hands. I now know that I should have stopped this then. It was all cute and funny for the first year of her life, but now it is becoming her chosen way of life.

Our little thief in training has quickly become a gutsy, spirited professional. The determination and aggression in her little eyes blows me away. She sees something she wants and she goes for it! It doesn't even matter if her older brother or cousins have it. She even takes things from me! She will plan her attack and swipe it without them noticing. Once they are aware of her sneaky antic they fight back. Now she gets mad!

The shrillness of her scream is incredible. She means business. After all, how dare they take that from her? She got it fair and square! In her little mind, she wanted it, took it, and now deserves it! Boy this is going to be a tough one.

She is definitely a drama queen and proud of it! What did we get ourselves into???
