Auggie decided he was going to walk at 14 months old. He has been able to stand and take steps for months now, but never really got the itch to actually do something about it.... until now!
Everyone had walked in the back door from church. I was gathering up a few things from the car and entered the house a minute or so later. Auggie saw me, stood up, then walked all the way from the kitchen to me at the back door - with one big giant smile smeared across his face. It was absolutely adorable and melted my heart.
We spent the next ten minutes practicing going back and forth between mommy and daddy. He was so proud of himself. I love this little guy!
