Grandma Summerhays spent the summer teaching the kids how to swim. Both of them got pretty good. By the end they could both swim by themselves. Weston could swim about half the distance of the pool. We were working on lifting our heads up for a breath but he couldn't quite catch on to that one. He was too stubborn to give it a try. Natalie was almost flipping over to her back while swimming. I think another few weeks and she would have had it.

But, they both had a blast and really loved being in the water. I finally remembered to bring the camera one time Daddy came along with us. Daddy is by far the most fun person to play with in the pool

| These fish were a hit. Natalie especially would not put them down. They made it kind of hard for her to swim. |
Natalie never waited for you to be ready. There is absolutely no fear in that one! She makes me a little nervous.
I love this scrunched up nose. She is always making that face.
And then there is Weston, he is such a clown!
Of course Daddy had to start doing some tricks. The kids were in awe of his spectacular flips. After that they would both walk up to the edge and try to do a somersault into the pool from a standing position. A little dangerous, but absolutely hilarious to watch. It eventually morphed into jumping backwards and Daddy assisted back flips as a safer alternative.
Our favorite game is to push Daddy into the water. The kids could spend hours doing that. Not sure if Daddy would enjoy that too much though.
Then of course there is the throwing up in the air that every little kid loves!

And lastly, these pictures had too much adorableness to not post. Enjoy! What a fun summer we had.
